All items purchased online must be returned to the following address within 45 business days depending on your location.

Returns

 

Domestic Orders Only: Returned items are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

 

International Orders Only: Returned items are accepted within 45 days of purchase.

 

Refunds or exchanges will not be distributed after this period. All items must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Due to hygiene purposes, panties are non-refundable.

 

Consumers are required to return damaged merchandise with our prepaid return label and an authorization number.

 

Exchanges: To make an exchange the item must first be returned and then a new order must be placed.

 

Return Delivery Method

 

We are not responsible for any return merchandise lost or stolen in transit, due to poor shipping methods. We recommend consumers ship their returns via UPS with a tracking number.
